Gift Certificate Policy

1. Wedding Gown Preservation Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees.

2. Wedding Dress Preservation Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Affordable Preservation Company web site, http://www.AffordablePreservation.com, toward the purchase of wedding gown cleaning and preservation services listed on the website. They do not apply to any other service charges and are for wedding gown cleaning and preservation only.

3. Wedding Gown Preservation Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Wedding Gown Preservation gift certificate account and is not transferable.

5. If your order exceeds the amount of your Wedding Gown Preservation gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

6. Wedding Gown Preservation Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.

7. Wedding Dress Preservation Gift certificates and their use on the Affordable Preservation Company web site are subject to the general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.

8. The Affordable Preservation Company is not responsible for lost or stolen gown preservation gift certificates. Affordable Preservation Company gift certificates are issued directly and sold directly by the Affordable Preservation Company. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Gift certificates cannot be replaced.

9. The Affordable Preservation Company will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Affordable Preservation Company website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Affordable Preservation Company website.

10. The Affordable Preservation Company AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

The Affordable Preservation Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
