20 years against caramelized sugar stains or yellowing of the gown. If at any time the gown is found to have yellowed or has caramelized stains, Wedding Gown Preservation Company will restore the gown at no extra charge. If processing is unsuccessful, we will refund the preservation cost.

Inspecting Your Gown

Once you receive your gown, you are welcome to open the chest to inspect your gown. For your convenience, you will receive a pair of gloves to wear for this purpose as well as sealing squares.

Although not required, it is recommended that you use the gloves when touching your gown in order to prevent soiling which can be caused by coming in contact with the natural oils from your skin.

Rest assured that removing your gown from the preservation chest to inspect your gown will not void the guarantee as long as has not been handled excessively, soiled, or re-worn.
