Can I include my bra/corset as one of the complimentary accessories?
Response:
Yes. Any 3 of the following items can be included: veil, detachable train, gloves, handkerchief, shawl, jacket, cape, duster, small purse, money bag, ring pillow, garter, scarf, bra/corset, and/or hat.

Can I add additional insurance for my wedding dress?
Response:
Yes. When you receive your Traditional Line or Celebrity Line package there will be an order form that has all the information. You simple choose the amount of additional insurance you would like to purchase for your wedding gown and include payment when you send in your gown.

Is it safe to ship my wedding dress to Affordable Preservation Company?
Response:
Yes. We’ve handled tens of thousands of dresses using UPS as our shipping partner. All orders are assigned a UPS Tracking code and can be tracked online.
Question:
Is there a time limit to send in my gown once I have received my kit?
Response:
No. You can pre-order your kit and send your wedding gown in when you choose. We do however encourage you to send your gown in as soon as possible after your wedding so any stains do not sit in the gown.

Are there any hidden costs for the Traditional Line Wedding Gown Preservation package, like tax or shipping?
Response:
No – We charge $149.00 for the Traditional Line and $189.00 for the Celebrity Line. This includes all shipping costs. There are no taxes.

Do you use a anti-sugar treatment for wedding dress cleaning and preservation?
Response:
Anti-sugar treatment is another name for a wet wash cleaning process. We do a wet wash cleaning process on as many gowns as possible because it gets them cleaner than simply dry cleaning. We do not use the “Anit-sugar” wording as may lead brides to believe we are using a special process to clean their wedding dress when in fact it is part of our normal cleaning process. We choose not use a “marketing term” to sell our service.
Question:
Is there tax or shipping fee for Traditional or Celebrity Line kits?
Response:
No – our kits are considered a service and therefore there is no tax. There is no shipping charge to get the Traditional or Celebrity line to you. In addition, there is no charge for you to ship your gown to us or for it to be shipped back to you once it it is cleaned and preserved.
