Response: Anti-sugar treatment is another name for a wet wash cleaning process. We do a wet wash cleaning process on as many gowns as possible because it gets them cleaner than simply dry cleaning. We do not use the “Anit-sugar” wording as may lead brides to believe we are using a special process to clean their wedding dress when in fact it is part of our normal cleaning process. We choose not use a “marketing term” to sell our service. Question of the day – Is there tax or shipping fee for Traditional or Celebrity Line kits?Published 15 September, 2009Question: Is there tax or shipping fee for Traditional or Celebrity Line kits? Response: No – our kits are considered a service and therefore there is no tax. There is no shipping charge to get the Traditional or Celebrity line to you. In addition, there is no charge for you to ship your gown to us or for it to be shipped back to you once it it is cleaned and preserved. Question of the day – How do I add extra insurance to the traditional package?Published 8 September, 2009Question: How do I add extra insurance to the wedding gown preservation Traditional Line package? Response: The additional insurance is added after you receive the Traditional Line package from us. In you package there will be an order form for insurance and other upgrade options if you wish. You simply mark on the form how much additional insurance you would like and send a check along with your gown (or provide cc number). The gown will be covered from the time it leaves your hands until you receive it back from us. The cost of the insurance is $2.00 per $100.00 additional insurance coverage. Question of the day – My gown is very large and I have puffy crinoline, will my wedding gown fit into your preservation chest?Published 4 September, 2009Question: My gown is very large and I have puffy crinoline, will my cleaned and preserved wedding gown fit into your preservation chest? Response: Yes. There are 3 sizes of preservation chests available. Depending on the size of your gown and any additional accessories you may have included, a determination is made to ensure the best fit. The primary difference is the depth dimension. Below are the dimensions of each as measured in inches (Length x Width X Depth): Standard: 33″ x 19″ x 7″ Large: 33″ x 19″ x 10″ Extra Large: 33″ x 19″ x 13″
