Response: Yes. When you receive your Traditional Line or Celebrity Line package there will be an order form that has all the information. You simple choose the amount of additional insurance you would like to purchase for your wedding gown and include payment when you send in your gown.

Response: Yes. We’ve handled tens of thousands of dresses using UPS as our shipping partner. All orders are assigned a UPS Tracking code and can be tracked online.

Is there a time limit to send in my gown once I have received my kit?

Response:

No.  You can pre-order your kit and send your wedding gown in when you choose.  We do however encourage you to send your gown in as soon as possible after your wedding so any stains do not sit in the gown.

No – We charge $149.00 for the Traditional Line and $189.00 for the Celebrity Line.  This includes all shipping costs.  There are no taxes.
