What Arrives at Your Door
Within 4–5 business days of placing your order, your complimentary shipping kit arrives via FedEx. Open the box and you’ll find everything you need to safely send your dress to our preservation facility:

A reinforced 20″ × 20″ × 19″ box that keeps your dress safe and intact all the way to our facility.
Sealed Garment Bag
A heavy-duty sealed bag your dress goes into first, before it’s placed in the box — so it stays clean and dry from your door to ours.
Paperwork & Prepaid FedEx Label
A prepaid FedEx label (filled out and paid), an order confirmation and accessories listing, and a personalization details sheet if applicable. Drop the box at any FedEx location — everything else is handled.
Stain Identification Stickers
Fabric-friendly stickers you place on any visible stains before sending. They help our technicians spot exactly where to focus during pretreatment — nothing slips past inspection.
Heavy-Duty Packing Tape
Industrial-grade tape, included so you don’t have to find any. Two strips along the seams is all it takes to seal the shipping box securely.

What Returns Home
After your dress is cleaned, pressed, and placed inside its preservation chest, it comes home to you. The whole process runs about 4–14 weeks from order to return, depending on shipping distance and season. The return package is the centerpiece — built to last a century — and it contains:

The centerpiece. An acid-free preservation chest that keeps out light, dust, and pests, with your dress visible through the 25″ × 13″ UV-protective viewing window. White gloss (Traditional) or silver-tone (Celebrity), depending on your service.
Acid-Free Preservation Bust
Inside the chest, your dress is fitted to a contoured bust form built from acid-free archival materials — it keeps the silhouette and prevents long-term creasing or distortion. The same kind of support museums use for historic garments.
Outer Storage Box
A high-density outer box with a handle that protects the preservation chest itself during shipping and over the decades of storage to come, so your chest stays pristine even after generations of being moved.
White Inspection Gloves
Included so you can open the chest, inspect your dress, and confirm everything is exactly as it should be — without leaving fingerprints or skin oils on the fabric.
100-Year Guarantee Certificate
The written 100-year guarantee against yellowing — the longest in the wedding preservation industry. Certified to the original owner (not transferable); file it with your important paperwork.
