Please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days for your dress to show up our the online tracking system, even if UPS is showing it has been delivered. Rest assured that if UPS tracking shows it as delivered to the cleaning facility, you can rest assured your dress has safely arrived and is in queue for entry into the database. All dresses go through an extensive evaluation prior to being entered into the tracking system, as we capture all of the details of the condition of your dress upon arrival. Due to the high volume of dresses being received each day, it can take extra time to get them evaluated and logged in, especially during busy seasons such as the summer and fall.
The best way to confirm delivery of your gown is through the UPS Tracking Website. Please be sure to keep your UPS tracking number provided with the pre-paid shipping label you receive. You can utilize UPS MyChoice to set up a delivery confirmation. Simply click here and get UPS MyChoice set up.

Check Status Online – Once you receive the email that your dress has been checked in, use the form below to enter your serial number OR your last name and zip code on the form fields below. Please note: If using the serial number, you will need to include the two letters in front of your serial number for tracking to be successful (example: DS123456 or KP123456). The serial number is located in the upper right-hand corner of the pink copy of your order form.
Check Status By Phone or Email – You may also call 1-800-305-3108 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, or you can send an e-mail to [email protected]. Provide your pre-paid order number and your UPS tracking number and a customer service representative can tell you when your gown was received.
Dress Shipping Notification – You will also be notified by email when your wedding dress preservation is complete and is on the way back to you. You will receive a UPS tracking number so you will know when to be there to sign for it. An adult must be present to receive and/or sign for the package.
