Gown Cleaning Status While At The Wedding Gown Preservation Company

Check the status of your gown once it has been checked in at The Wedding Gown Preservation Company

After you have sent your dress in you can use the form below to check on the status of your gown. Please enter your serial number (located in the upper right-hand corner of the pink copy of your order form: i.e.: DS123456 or KP123456), OR your last name and zip code.

 

Please note:
You will need to include the two letters in front of your number for tracking to be successful (example: DS123456 or KP123456).

You will also receive an email confirmation once your gown has been entered into the tracking system, which can take several business days after it has been received. Please do not be concerned if you have not received an email confirmation, as the best tracking method is directly via UPS’s website. If UPS shows that your gown has been delivered, then it has safely arrived and is in queue for entry into the database. You may also call 1-800-305-3108 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, or you can send an e-mail to [email protected]. Provide your pre-paid order number and your UPS tracking number and a customer service representative can tell you when your gown was received.  You will also be notified by email when your gown is complete and on the way back to you with a UPS tracking number so you will know when to be there to sign for it.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 STATUS UPDATE

COVID-19 Update: The Wedding Gown Preservation Company is following all recommended guidelines to keep the cleaning facility clean and employees safe. As a result , the cleaning operation is temporarily closed. The Wedding Gown Preservation Company will be receiving any dresses that were in transit with UPS and carefully storing them in a safe location in the cleaning facility until the facility reopens. Orders can be still be placed. The shipping kits for you to send in your dress (box and pre-paid shipping label) are still being delivered as long as UPS is still operating. Keep in mind that you have the option to send in your dress at anytime, once you have the pre-paid shipping kit, as there is no time limit to send in your dress. We assure you that your dresses are safe and secure, both while in transit and storage, and you will be notified via email as soon as we receive your dress at the cleaning faclity and when it ships back to you including a tracking number.
