We will send you everything
Your complimentary Wedding Dress Preservation shipping kit will arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days via UPS ground with everything you need to securely pack your dress for shipping to our cleaning and preservation facility.
Send your wedding dress into us
Use the pre-paid UPS shipping label from your wedding dress preservation kit to send in your gown with insurance included in your package. Your gown is insured from the time you drop it with UPS until the time you receive it back from us.
We will clean and preserve your dress
Your wedding gown will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and your gown will receive a museum quality cleaning utilizing our SYSTEM K4 delicate fabric cleaning technology.
Your gown and up to 3 additional accessories are then carefully placed on a preservation bust form and placed into our superior acid free bridal dress preservation chest. Only acid free materials that are specifically designed for the long term storage of your wedding dress are included in your wedding dress preservation.

What is included in the Clean Only wedding dress service?
The Clean Only service includes professional wedding dress cleaning without preservation. It does not include the protective preservation chest designed for long-term storage or the 100-year guarantee against yellowing. It does include insurance up to $1,000.
Is long-term storage recommended after cleaning without preservation?
No. The Clean Only package is only recommended for dresses that will be worn again within about 12 months. It does not provide adequate protection against yellowing, pests, dirt, dust, and other environmental elements.
Can I preserve my gown later if I start with Clean Only?
Yes. Clean Only is ideal if the dress will be worn again within the next year. After its final use, a full cleaning and preservation package is recommended for proper long-term care.
Is shipping and insurance included with Clean Only?
Yes. Free shipping and $1,000 of insurance coverage are included with the Clean Only service.
What stains are addressed with Clean Only cleaning?
Cleaning technicians treat stains such as makeup, dirt, tar, grass, mud, grease, food, blood, sugar, wine, perspiration, and champagne. Dresses are also inspected under UV light to identify hidden stains that could appear later.
