We will send you everything
Your complimentary Wedding Dress Preservation shipping kit will arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days via UPS ground with everything you need to securely pack your dress for shipping to our cleaning and preservation facility.
Send your wedding dress into us
Use the pre-paid UPS shipping label from your wedding dress preservation kit to send in your gown with insurance included in your package. Your gown is insured from the time you drop it with UPS until the time you receive it back from us.
We will clean and preserve your dress
Your wedding gown will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and your gown will receive a museum quality cleaning utilizing our SYSTEM K4 delicate fabric cleaning technology.
Your gown and up to 3 additional accessories are then carefully placed on a preservation bust form and placed into our superior acid free bridal dress preservation chest. Only acid free materials that are specifically designed for the long term storage of your wedding dress are included in your wedding dress preservation.

The Celebrity Line includes up to $3,000 insurance from the time you drop off your dress for shipping, through cleaning and preservation, until it is returned to you.
Are delicate embellishments protected during preservation?
Yes. Great care is taken to protect embellishments during cleaning. Dresses are cleaned according to manufacturer guidelines. If a gown has added beading or appliques, damage cannot be fully guaranteed against even with great caution. Beading and sequins are not covered under the 100-year anti-yellowing guarantee.
What makes the preservation chest different in the Celebrity Line package?
The Celebrity Line includes a silver-tone preservation chest instead of the white gloss preservation chest included in the Traditional Line package. All preservation materials are acid free.
How long does the preservation process take?
Approximately 4–8 weeks. Restoration and repairs may take slightly longer. A rush service option can reduce processing time to 2 weeks in-house.
Is restoration included if needed?
Restoration is included only with the restoration packages. Restoration can be added to a cleaning and preservation package for an additional charge. If your dress is inspected and restoration is needed, you will be contacted regarding any additional charges.
